Workshop Description
This training is based
on a curriculum developed by the Center for Applied Linguistics and is designed
to prepare elementary-level teachers in the skills and knowledge of Category 2
(Sheltered Content Instruction). The
course involves 24 contact hours. The
additional hours are required outside of the class in the form of readings and
assignments and in applying concepts in the teachers classroom.
A 3-unit graduate credit option is available through Cambridge College.
