This workshop will explore a number of strategies for increasing personalization in schools, with a primary focus on the development of an advisory program. Participants will begin with an overview of why personalization is important and then move to understanding all aspects of advisory programs. Participants will examine advisory through goals, grouping of students, scheduling, curriculum of advisory, expectations of advisor, professional development for advisors, and accountability for the program.
