Teacher of the Deaf Services
READS Collaborative provides consultation and direct service for students who are Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing, servicing students in their home school districts throughout the state. READS Teacher of the Deaf/Educational Audiology team provides a variety of support services to help local communities navigate the ever-evolving technology, competing educational philosophies, etc. to support students within their classroom and school environment.
Services provided:
Direct observation and recommendations with regard to ensuring access to curriculum and increased understanding of the challenges for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students who are being education within the regular education setting.
Consultation, direct service, and evaluation.
