READS Collaborative

Zachary Johnson is a proud graduate of READS Academy’s class of 2023. Zachary is a native of Middleborough and attended the Academy for many years. His journey through high school was marked by immense challenges and personal hardship. Yet, even in the face of adversity, through grit and determination Zachary excelled in his Virtual Welding class offered at the academy. Zachary quickly became a strong contender for a paid off campus co-op position and completed the GTR internship his senior year successfully, through his commitment and outstanding work ethic. After graduation, Zachary was offered a full time position with the company and worked for them until he recently took on a position as a full scale laborer in Boston. Zachary continues to keep in contact with READS from time to time. Zachary continues to have an exemplary work ethic while enjoying his personal life with his new puppy Oakley, his lovely fiance, and wonderful mother.  We are very proud and honored that Zachary attributes his success to attending READS.
